Could be the float needle - sometimes they "Varnish up" & don't close properly easy fix by lapping in the needle very carefully.

      Gday, you are on the right track. If fuel is running from the breathers its a float/needle issue. You can check that the float is OK by putting it in a jar of fuel and seeing that it floats "high". If
