January 12, 201115 yr Author This is one of those rare occasions when the oft used mechanic's phrase "They all do that Sir" is actually true. Did they come out the factory like that or is it something that happens with age?
January 13, 201115 yr mine's done it, they all do it, they seem to kink and then go no further, enjoy this classic trials bike, evidently the only bike suzuki have allowed someone else to make and still carry the suzuki brand (so the story goes) tony
January 16, 201115 yr They don't quite all do it but many do, it depends on the use the bike gets. It is not a head diestrotion and they were straight when they cam out of Portslade. It is particularly the Mk2 (triangular side panels with three screws) that do it. The later bike crackes the gusset with sress in the opposite direction, again a lot are like that but not all. Don't worry about it, if anything it slightly steepens the head angle! lol
