liviob Posted March 31, 2011 Report Share Posted March 31, 2011 I just bought a rear fender for my 09 and the screens were falling off when i unrapped it. If you lightly sand the area where the screen makes contact with the fender and remove all of the hot glue from the screens you can reattach them with hot glue. Thats how i repaired mine. jsp Posted April 1, 2011 Report Share Posted April 1, 2011 i hvae done it on my 4rts and now on my evo, i hold the soldering iron on the metal untill it melts in to the plastic. i have also repaired mudguards like this by melting small metal mesh over a crack. i borrow my father in laws soldering iron which looks a bit like a drill ie not thin and pointy so weather or not is got more power not sure jsp Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
