Thankfully I've had no major accidents (not yet anyway) but i was riding with a friend who tried the old superman stunt, but ended up with nose meeting handle bars making him a third nostril at the top of it, producing nice big red bubbles

Bones can heal fast and good if your diets right. A couple of litres a day is serious hardcore amounts.

So anyway this is the worst injury due to trials I have ever seen.

Hmm, two friends were killed in a trial in a head-on. It's become the stuff of legend and I'm occasionally asked if it's true and it is.

Also Malcolm Davis was killed in a trial.
