Hi there just wondering if anybody knows a paint code or colour name for the dull 'off gold' colour of the 1987 tarres rep. Can find shiny shiny gold dead easy but that really won't look right, cheers

you would be best taking a sample of colour or pic of colour to an auto paint mixing suppliers or body shop it would probably need to be done in 2 pak (needs to be petrol brake fluid resistant ) not base and clear as that would make it shiny ,they can add a matting agent to dull off the shine as paint is naturally shiney

don`t be too quick to give up on the shiny gold finish,take a look at mine in the TC garage.

How do I find a pic of that then? No idea there was a garage on this site

Bright gold will look just fine unless you're after an authentic restoration apperance.
