Evening all. What grade of fork oil should i put back in my forks? Does anyone know the absolute quantity needed as I've got about 500ml of pj1 5 weight oil in the shed!!!

    Right fork 405 ml ( oil level 38 mm fork compressed)

    Left fork 410 ml (oil level 87 mm fork compressed without spring)

    5 weight oil is correct

    Thanks everyone, 

    Will trial and error wirh different tyre pressures, I agree it doesn't like quick blips like the 2stoke.
