September 17, 200520 yr Green, red, and white wires go to CDI, terminals may be marked verde, rosso, & bianco, green is the trigger, red & white are power. There should also be a fourth terminal on the CDI (connected internally to the trigger terminal) which you can wire to the kill switch (other side of kill switch to ground). Yellow wire is probably a power feed for lights etc. although this is usually brown or orange.
September 19, 200520 yr Author thanks for the help guys got a new plug and wired the bike up, got a spark great! but the thing will not start. A couple of back fires and a strong smell of petrol, the fuel tap has a slight leak so my thinking is that the crank is flooded any ideas?
