Hi mate 12.5ml oil to 1ltr perol (super unleaded) i buy 4ltr of fuel and add 50ml of oil just to keep it simple. use fully synthetic oil and dexron 3 for the gearbox or type f hope this helps

hello people Can any of you trials world people help. my lad has a 2000 50cc boy that's not been used for a while so we wanted to get it going this week,but when we tried starting it, it just floods (fuel in air box and fumes coming out of silencer).so i took the carb off and the float itself was full of fuel.Am i right thinking this is the cause of the flooding? anybody any ideas or had this problem themselves

hello people hope someone out there can help! On my gg 200 2004 model when the bike is cold the clutch is fine but as it warms up the clutch seems do have a delay in disengaging and the lever feels lazy and slow on return, could this be the o rings in the top hat? or clutch pack swell? any help would be a great help cheers mozchops

hi mate the best thing i have found to use is araldite metal epoxy, but make sure you clean the tank with evo cleaner 191

and once you have got it stuck down again get the wifes clear nail varnish and go round the edges of the stickers, if done from new the tank sticker will never peel up. hope this helps!!!

thanks for the help guys got a new plug and wired the bike up, got a spark great! but the thing will not start. A couple of back fires and a strong smell of petrol, the fuel tap has a slight leak so my thinking is that the crank is flooded any ideas?

Hi people! just bought my lovely lady a fantic 250 section to have a go with and have a couple of questions i hope someone could answer. 1, The bike is black and orange anyone know what year this is? 2, The four wires coming from the stator plate are green,red,white and yellow. i take it the red and white go to the cdi unit but which port does the green go to and what is the yellow for? 3, How does the silencer fit onto the middle box someone told me it fixes using a rubber spacer is this true? 4, COMPRESSION i can turn the engine over by hand is this right or not? 5, What plug do people use and what mixture? any other help or advice would be of great help thanks mozchops

trial master i had a pug 106 which i used a bike rack on with no problems, just make sure the bike is held down safely.

just watched the sheffield 2005 dvd from cjb and have to say what a load of crap, what is going on with the slow motion? All we want to see is the the rider and bike in action and if poss to hear the machine!

my mates 250 pro 2002 is stuck in first gear so i guess the only thing to do is rebuild the gearbox. Has anyone done this if so any pointers with the do's and don'ts?

spinner you were right the spring loop over the shaft was not located right, (funny how you can't see the woods for the trees),this website is just the best!

hi people just finished putting in a new clutch pack on my 02 280 pro and when i came to start it there is no engagement of the gears on the kickstart side of things (other words it won't turn over), so took it all apart again and can't see anything a miss. Has anyone any ideas as what could be happening? anyone help or advice would be a great help Thanks in advance mozchops!
