  • And you started a second thread on the same problem. You pull the bolt out of the middle of the clutch assembly yet?

  • It cant be the piston rings on a two stroke engine blow past can only go to the lower crank then get recycled. If the seals are good the mix thats gone past the rings has nowhere to go

Base gasket all fitted and piston all cleaned up free of carbon and crap, the rings looked fine so they not being replaced we shall do that another date as they looked pretty decent and like been replaced not to long ago.

Tomorrows job is to fit the new gearbox breather and pipe. Radiator is now out so give that a good clean as it has all dried up stuff almost like someone hasn't used the proper coolant probs just anti freeze or water.. So all pipes to be cleaned out and all back on, not a lot of space in there to get that out lol..

Shall have to order the new parts needed then put it all back together next week and hopefully she will run sweet.....

While we was doing it we wanted to check it all. I'll get some silicone grease and put that on the 2 rings to hopefully hold them in place.. It was just aswell we took it all off tho it really needed a good clean free from carbon and so on its all like new now.
