My rear brake seems to stick on when I use it takes a few seconds for it to cum off, any suggestions?

    You might be boiling the brake fluid.  Are you riding the bake brake?

     

    Maybe adjust the real brake lever for more play.

    If the pads get to worn they can sometimes not return properly and set at an angle and cause brake dragging
