What do you mean by it feels cold on low revs, I don't understand. If you mean it lost some of it low end power then thats probably normal as your putting a larger carb on.

What jets are you using?

Hi Lloyd, Just like to add a couple of other seemingly obvious things that people get wrong. 1 Check the tank breather is fitted the right way round i.e. letting air into the tank and working ok. " Check the rubber flap is fitted UNDER the tank, not obstructing the airbox apperture. 3 Some later model bikes have a homologation restrictor in the mouth of the airbox,remove it but leave the clear filter roof in place.4 Clean the tank out properly a few times and clean the tap and filter.5 If you have a late model bike with the switchable ignition and no switch fitted simply plug the two wires together that come out of the cdi. (orange and black). The switch in sunshine ( racing ) mode effectively does this for you. Get GASSING!!
