March 3, 20188 yr I have searched the depths of the internet to find a replacement for this carburettor but I have just about given up on hope in finding one. Please can someone point me in the right direction to a mikuni specialist or advice on a suitable replacement. Its is for a 176.3cc 4 Stroke engine. The numbers on it are : 24506 D561 Thanks in advance. Edited March 3, 20188 yr by mink_man
March 3, 20188 yr I would suspect Yamaha DT175 but not sure of exact model. 506 looks like pre80 model numbers
March 3, 20188 yr That looks like a carby made specifically for a manufacturer for a particular model bike so will not be available new from Mikuni. It would be helpful to share what motor the carby came from.

March 3, 20188 yr If the existing carby mount attaches to the head with two studs, you might be able to use a (flange-mount) pit-bike carby. It would require a flat isolator and longer studs
March 4, 20188 yr Author Thanks for the replies so far, its for a HERCHEE Adly 220 Quad 180cc. Ive tried fitting a 28mm MOLKT carb this week but it was a bad idea, even with the jet kit it is just to big for that engine.
July 18, 20242 yr I have those carbs, I was the Tech manager for Adly Moto until they pulled back from the US. It's a 24mm carb, 105 main, 22.5 pilot jet, NJ 1E, Needle 5Ngy72 and a 2.o slide. They are set up for a cable choke but you can buy pull or lever chockes for them on the market. Not sure since Sudco is closing up.
