aevans692 Report post Posted August 11, 2020 Hi , all .. my lads beta 80 has a bit of an issue with gear selection , feels very vague and lever doesn't seem to return to great, bit hard to feel through the gears if that makes sense ... is there any common issues, I thinking along the lines of return spring ? , Im going to be doing some tidying up on the bike soon so thought it makes sense to look in to this .. cheers .. dan williams Report post Posted August 13, 2020 I had custom indexers made to improve the shifting on my 300 and they look the same on the diagram. aevans692 Report post Posted August 21, 2020 Im going to have a look at this today , the bike is around 2004 beta 80 . im pretty sure its the return spring as I have to move the selector back up by hand , I havnt looked yet , but wondered if its a hard job ?
