Hi , I'm struggling to find a helmet to fit, anyone know the biggest size available? Or a make that is generously sized ? 

I tried a wulf XXL but it's to tight across the forehead .

You're probably going to have to try some on, since head shape is different for different people.  Alternatively, you can do like my boss does and modify the soft padding - as long as it's making decent contact around your head, is comfy, and doesn't flop around it'll protect your head.

 

On the plus side, XXL helmets often end up on special offer at the end of production runs, so you might be able to bag a bargain

I can’t remember what size I got without looking at it, but I found that Airoh was the only helmet that I could fit comfortably in to. Everything else seemed too narrow for me. They are a bit pricey but super comfortable and very light.
