Modern Sherco ST 250 trials bikes (equipped with Tech or Paioli forks), the typical fork oil capacity is approximately 250cc to 300cc per leg of SAE 5 or SAE 7.5 weight oil. However, it is highly recommended to set the oil level by height (usually 110mm-130mm from the top, compressed, without springs) rather than just volume for accuracy. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
