Hi, I’ve got a 2016 300rr when riding around under load or slight throttle I get some weird noises from the left side of the engine (sounds like a bag of ball bearings) soon as the clutch lever is pulled in it stops, release the lever and it starts again, any help is appreciated

Drain the gearbox oil and check for metal.
The flywheel is on the left side. It would be unusual to have clutch related noise there. Could it be output shaft, gearbox sprocket or chain related?

Does it only happen when the bike is moving in gear or does it also happen when moving but in neutral?

Does the sound not happen at all when stationary?

Is the bike new to you or have you owned it a while?

Just looking for a bit more information

Yeah that’s what I thought strange as it’s coming from flywheel side, I’m not sure on the output shaft or gearbox sprocket, only happens when in gear, moving, no noise when in neutral or clutch is pulled in, I’ve had it a less than a year
