my mates fantic drags the clutch, i think it's 10/40 in the gearbox at the moment, is this a bit heavy for it? thanks

I use 10 /40 and mine slips like you know what..
Is the clutch centre adjusted corectly ?? if so check you have no warped plates

try atf and change often. it may slip when cold, If it slips when hot, the plates are worn ou

It takes about 2 or 3 mins for my clutch to start working . I have some castrol r4 left over from my ducati 996 is that ok to put in the gear box on a 1986 301?

I've found nothing works better than Silkolene Light gear oil , Improved the action greatly on mine ...
