do bar ends fit most/all bars?

Hello, where to buy higher bar mount? I am very stooping on bike because I am 190 cm tall. What type of bar do you use? Thanks, Petr.

Hi, I have come from a Downhill and Various other Mountain bike background. I am of small build and always ran a small bar width. The only downside I heard of on push bikes is less stable at high speeds. Is there any reason why I shouldn't cut my bar width down? Is this common on motorbikes? Thanks, Jim

Id just like to congratulate the members of the Barnsley club for the trials that they have put on this year.I have rode in four and found each to well organised with a nice variety of sections. The lads and lasses seem to really enjoy their sport . Just one thing that bothered me was at a grimethorpe trial I kept wondering if my car and trailer would still be where I had left it otherwise all the venues have been first class. looking forward to next years events at tarrrn club cheers Leggins

Hi everyone. At the tender age of 47 i have decided to give this trails riding a go. just for fun to keep my lad company when he is riding. I dont have the budget for a new bike and have being eying bikes around the £1000 mark. obviously due to the nature of the sport a trials bike can lead a hard life, so what checks should i make when viewing a potential purcase? I havent riden a two stroke bike for many years what checks can i make engine wise? Thanks for any advise you an give. Gary.

Anyone ever fitted a battery powered brake light to a trials bike that has no other lights fitted? I have an idea how to do it but would appreciate any info.

make it short and sweet after suffering a mishap on my bike throttle stuck fell off broke wrist cut elbow stitches .I went to my local A E for treatment didn't no I had broken wrist thought I had sprained it. anyways when they found out I was on warfarin concerns about internal bleeding . I had to have a CT scan ECG.[ I have had heart surgery] back neck and chest x rays and was only allowed home after 9 hours I fell off doing about 5 miles an hour was fully kitted out it was a beginners trial official one . I now find myself with a few weeks spare till cast comes off pondering which trials to do next I certainly wont be doing the rocky type ones and am quite happy to com…

Has any body got experience of the Hebo (or any other ?) bar ends with the throttle bearing in them ??? Are they worth it or just go with standard bar ends ? Cheers
