    Hi, You may find that a genuine 247 rod is little wider at the small end. This can be resolved by making modified small end endfloat control shims. Piston supply still seems to be a bit difficult, although we have found a couple of options. One involves moving piston ring pins, and another involves machining and replating the cylinder. If anyone has come up with a better option, please let me know! Regards Steve

    Hi, I used a Stilmotor front guard (round profile) on mine. It fitted pretty neatly to the Fantic horizontal type fork brace.
