    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately there are quite a few differences between the 89 and the 85 RTL. I think i still need the 85 manual and parts list, anyone with any further info would be greatly appreciated

    Look Baldilocks, your not helping!! I know you have given me your suspension settings externally to this, but that's after you have tweaked them from standard. All I wants from man is some standard scorpa suspension settings. Their must be some disciples somewhere?

    Hi All Your help please, I have a 2006 SY250. Does anyone know the standard suspension setup. Details as follows required:- Forks 1. Spring/Preload adjustment, (From the fully screwed in position, how many turns out.) 2. Damping adjustment, (From the fully screwed in position, how many clicks out.) Rear shock 1. Spring length when both wheels are off the ground (on bash plate type stand) 2. Damping adjustment, (From the fully screwed in position, how many turns out.) Many Thanks

    Hi My 06 300 is fine now, had all sorts of bother with it when I got it. Piston too tight in barrel etc etc. I was the same as you, couldnt ride it. Eventually tried pushing the forks further up into the yokes by about 4mm ish and fitted some renthal fat bars. Put a 12 tooth sproket on the front. Bikes now mint.
