Anybody have any advise. The Beamish Club manual section says there is a mistake on Parts List 5, circlip 36 should go between 38 and 39. But part 36 looks like it is a spring clip that fits in a location in the shaft to stop 35 gear from moving side ways on the shaft. The gearbox that I have has part 38 between 35 and 36, anybody know which is right? Any advise welcome. Mike

Hi All, I have a spare 2005 that had not been started for a while. Would not start, no spark. Eventually replaced the fuel pump, three kicks with the throttle open and she ran. But was hard to start, so rode it in a trail but still hard to start. A mate with 4rts suggested that the valve clearances needed checking, which was done (several times). Still hard to start, but now runs the same as the previous bikes. Checked the pump pressure, 250kpa, checked the idle speed, 1800 when its stable, checked the voltage 12.5V. Disconnected the air hose to the throttle body, change out the throttle body, twice and it's still the same. Will try the suggestions previously and see.. waiting for a compression tester, maybe a valve is passing. Back to the Sherco...so simple! Mike

I have been riding a 4rt since 2006 and will not be trading it, but would like a change and with the future of the 4rt looking a bit doubtful it's time for a change. Had a brief ride on the 4t 250 when they first came out, little bit dull.Nothing like the 4rt to put a smile on the face. And I was asking for experience as compared to the 4rt. Miked

What is happening to the 4rt for 2010, or do we now change to Beta 4t. Has anybody any experience with the 4t 300?? Cheers Miked

Same preoblem with my 4rt, chenged the Renthal bars to the highest ones they do and they now work great. No more back ache. Mike

And try to buy a Gollner seat pad for your Honda, what a joke. Living in Perth WA the only way I could pay for the seat pad was by bankers cheque in pounds, no direct debit or PayPal. I am trying to restore a TL250KO, I have a full original exhaust system but the back end has been chopped off. Would any body have a sketch of the original pipe defuser and the last bit of the tail pipe? Cheers Miked

No, I think you only get the standard 250 map, I just copied the one's for the 06 repsol and transfered to the 07 program. But the instructions are not very clear, has anybody found a way to read which maps you have installed. It only seems to read the last map installed? Miked

Q. can the two stage programable EFI be changed whist riding? just installed one and it seems not to change with the engine running.Installed the standard map and an extra soft map. Any help please Miked
