Set on fire riding across a big field didn't have enough free play on pedal ...I have rode round brake on then watered disc that works fine for a few mins

Gasgas pro 2013 ...recently boiled back brake had flames .so I changed seals and piston on caliper bled up using swringe got pressure on pedal but I can't get the wheel to lock up when riding .im thinking have I scraped the disc ..any body got any ideas what the problem may be .....

I want to have the fork bottoms painted white like the pro 2012 .do you have to strip them all down or just mask the stansions up for powder painting .any ideas

hi all , just snapped the bolt what holds the chain tensioner on swing arm on beta evo ,,,,,,any ideas how to get the bolt out its snapped a couple of threads inside and i reckon it will be hard to get a drill at it ........thanks........

well after all .i put new stator on and cdi now it is working again .so it was the cdi

well to be fair an importer told my to do that ..if the parts were made better from start so many people wouldnt have electric problems ..cheers

hi all .got beta evo 250 2010 wound nt start so i did all the usual checks spoke to beta uk they said prob stator.so i sent to west country winding .had a new pickup and stator rewound put them on bike still wont start .the bike sparks once at begining of kick and once at the end of rotation .checked black and white cable going in to cdi its reading 250 oms .i am totally puzzeld can anyone help

thanks for reply s ..it as got plenty compression and first thing i did was pull kill switch off .sent stator back to west country winding he said it will be the stator ,needs rewinding .i will let you no once i get stator back and try hit

will ring lampkins to day see what they think ,prob have to buy cdi next ...i knew i should have stuck with Gas Gas .lol. thanks for your reply

2010 beta evo .just stopped running ,so cleaned carb changed plug and ht lead got a spark but just wont start . so sent stator w c windings tested stator results was bit low but they said they thought should be ok .the pickup had gone so changed that ..got it back put on bike still wont start ...should i just get stator rewound or could it be something else .dont want to just keep throwing new parts on what dont need ..any help; would be good thanks ...casper...

is they any measurement on how the float should be set at.cheers jon

gasgas 280 pro 05..ticks over fine revs quater throttle fine as soon as you open her up it just bogs down and dies let go of throttle and ticks over sweet ..any ideas what could be problem ...cheers...

i bought some adjustable s3 footpegs 79 quid from gasgas uk and they r the dogs b......s money well spent

hi there i have just done 2 of them t day and both of them had a full turn that gives the tension on the kick start did you get all the linning up ok when u put new gear on as they go on a certain way ..?

just done hit drilled head off clutch popped off with a bit of pressure cheers all.................

hi there ,,my pawl gear as gone on my 2008 raga .so stripped kickstart to bits taking spring and pawl {bart gear} off spoke to gasgas uk none in stock .but they told me the gear has to go on in a certain place .and i didnt mark it in anyway.. any body got any ideas how to rebuild cheers,,,,
