  1. Mr Turtle correctly quotes the NGK catalogue ?✌️ (Well, my 2016 edition anyway)..... 0.6 mm is the way to go
  2. I concur with my learned friend jj65 - RTLs are tricky beasts to run and obtain parts for but sometimes you'll be lucky to cross reference to other models using part numbers from the manuals.... both manuals list "European or Other than domestic models" AC Gen Assy 31100-ND9-600 in '85 document and 31100-ND9-601 in the '89 one. Electrex World seem to be clever with coils but there may be a Honda one fit for purpose but a friendly parts person is a good option (maybe TLR 250/200 ?? who knows). It's things like this that make them worthwhile ! Happy hunting

    Beta Evo 4 Stroke

Thanks for the tip - I've only ever seen Arrow systems out there, are there others? Does the carb need re-jetting?

    Beta Evo 4 Stroke

I've ridden trials for a couple of years now and I'm looking to progress to a bigger machine; I'm thinking of moving to a fourstroke and am considering a good second hand Beta 300 4T. Are there any pitfalls with this bike or sensible modifications that I should consider ?
  6. Modified frame on eBay in Oxford area ends 20th April Search on BSA BANTAM FRAME EXTENSIVELY MODIFIED FOR TRIALS USE (Pre-65)
  7. Hiya - I went the BVM route and Sherco spindle, no additional spacers to loose and fuss free at under £20. I think H&D Racing have some Future Trial purpose made spacers in vatious colours at around a tenner.

    2013 Repsol

Yep - simple really, I've ordered one and asked the importers at the show what the 'detail changes' were for 2013..... The Repsols have a unique number near the headstock; I was told that the new ones have 2012 (for 2013) marked on them wheras the older models have 2011........ Swear to God that's how the conversation went. I stand to be enlightened but, hey - why fix what 'aint broke?
