Hi Peterh , after changing all the bearings , I did the same you have done and now its ok , everything is moving free . I did the same with the chain tensioner , to have more room there , so I can adjust correctly the rear wheel .

Hello , i dont really know about competinions license , i know about Aspergers syndrome ( speech and language pathologist and therapist ) . If you have a road licence , i cant think why cant you joint a competition . I think that it would be better for you to go to a trials school first or find some people to ride with them , before you go to a competition . Good luck , Stathis

Thanks for all that information Peterh ! i also have a coffee coloured spark plug , but i am not fully contented . The previous owner made some changes to the carb . I have to find them and fix it ( pulled out the main get , says 105 and i messured it and its 140 ! , so i changed it with a 120 ) .) I wiil try buy the Boyesen Reeds and try the Chapion plug . I also like to clean the air filter after every ride . I love the bike too . My bigger problem is that i broke my toe and now i have to wait 3 weeks before i can ride again . So now its an opportunity to set the bike ! Sorry for my bad english .....

The backplate on the clutch is not bent or warped . Thats my realy problem , everything looks ok , and my engineer say that the problem is the quality of the gears . Thanks again for all the answers , its the only help i have .

The transmission main shaft is not moving at all . The other shaft where the idle gear places is moving very litle . Thanks for the answers .

Photo of the gears . The small clutch primary drive gear have twisted teeths and the idle gear is worn . No broken piece anyware .

HelIo from GREECE . I would like to tell me your opinion on a problem that I face. In June 2013, I changed the clutch primary drive gear , the kickstart idle gear , the kickstart pinion and all the bearings , because they had bent their teeth. After five months with very little use in the backyard, heard a noise again. Opening the clutch, and we see that the teeth of the 3 gears are warped again. Should note that I have returded the ignition, get ahead with the first kick and change the oil enery 10 hours . I really don't know what to do . Get new gears for 5 months use again ? Is there an other problem I cant understand ? Thank you and really sorry for my English , Stathis.
