  1. Hi

Now i,am a bit old to be learning the metric system, but even I know that cc,s measure volume and millimetres measure length - Now if you mean millilitres??? They are the same as cc,s so 450cc is the same as 450mils. I stand to be corrected by anyone who was taught the NEW fangled way!!!

    HI ,

well spotted , yes you are correct it is mils (450) liquid form and not length.

Its a long time since i was at school.

    Thanks

  2. Hi,

After reading all the opinions on this subject (some good and some bad} i have this to say. Trials riding is a cheap sport after you have spent all your cash on the big bits, as in the bike, boots, helmet, etc then i think you are trying to rob Peter to pay Paul and this will only put the price up some where else for the riders. If you want to save a tenner then try a different sport like window shopping.

  3. Hi,

I had a 1998 Techno a few years ago, it was not to bad but like any Beta it p****d out petrol every time it stood still whilst waiting at a section in a trial event. This can be put right, Send the carb off to John Lampkins at Silsden in West Yorkshire and he will be able so fix the problem by drilling 2 holes on the inside of it. I had it done and it cost me about

  4. DON`T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT MAKE THEM ANY MORE AND ARE HARDER THAN MORE MODERN BIKES FOR BUYING PARTS. I HAD A 1996 MODEL A FEW YEARS AGO AND IT WAS EASY TO SNAP OFF THE REAR FENDER. IT ALSO HAD A KICK START THAT YOU KICKED FORWORD INSTED OF BACK.

    HOPE THIS HELPS
