  1. Hi ... just to resurrect this topic. I am looking at machining down a spare cush drive flyweight to allow me to simply remove the existing weight and fit the machined down weight without any further mods... Will this work. Also puzzled on a clutch problem... Is the clutch more prone to slip with lighter oil than heavier oil ??
  2. Hi do you have a casing protector fitted above the chain?
  3. Cheers. Thanks for the comments. I am busting a gut to get it dirty....... I have some MAR handle bar mounts to try out also.
  4. Finished the rebuild. Powder coated frame after foot peg lowering, new HFS fork internals, new rear shocks, CRIB fork brace and mudguard bridge, Barnetts clutch plates and OKO card jetted to suit the gripper.

  12. Is there anyone in North Yorkshire with a diagnostic cable for an Ossa. I need my Ossa checking out to see if it’s all working as it should !!
  13. When I was introduced into Trials I brought home a OSSA picture from the local bike shop, Norman Crooks of Northallerton. I had this picture on my wall for two years before I managed to buy a bike. First bike was a Bultaco so never got my MAR but I did buy a Verde a few years later before I went working overseas and giving up Trialing. So fast forward 35years and I have my MAR and also treated myself to the TR280i as this has got to be a classic for my boys
