I just got 2019 300 vertical r had a couple of goes on it lovley bike power is spot on feels like a mountain bike compared to my montesa

are all breaktek brakes the same pads on all the bikes if so what do you recommend good bitey ones thanks

Thanks for the advice I do just mess around with my mates I tried doing trials when I was younger I wasn’t taken with all the sitting about waiting for a turn we do some big hills rocks tree trunks sometimes make small sections we should do them more we’re all rubbish more dabs than a bingo marker my mates think I should go vertigo but Iv always liked the look of the gasser but never ridden one I feel my skill level would take a big jump on one iv probably not much chance of having a go to compare if i went 250 would it still have plenty of power up the hills i assume like rocks and stuff it would probably just as good thanks

Thanks I was thinking nobody had one of these models Iv always gone for the bigger cc just to make sure I had plenty of umff on the big hills Iv been looking at a 2019 racing 300 as I carnt find what I’m looking for but I’m wondering if it’s as good as a 17 now they have changed. The rear suspension I suppose my thoughts are get the most powerful one and you can slow it down if need be I’m probably totally wrong

The one I really like the look of is the 2017 300 txt gp with the white frame but there doesn’t seem any for sale at the min

I quite like the look of the gas gas 300 txt but our local dealer says he's does more gearbox problems on them than anything else

Thanks i am swaying toward the vertigo id like to try a gas gas but they still go rusty sherco is my back up choice

Thanks i was talking to a guy the other day and he said dont buy a gas gas over 2014 as they used inferior parts with going into liquidation and wernt built aswell thanks

looking at bikes around 2018 price range are the gas gas any good or avoid all my mates have sherco so wanted to get something different my list vertigo gas gas sherco trs thanks

Its interesting the different views on bikes i had a 2006 sherco for 12 years never missed a beat but i do fancy the vertigo i also like the txt pro gas gas but too many seem to say they break too easy

When i was younger i always wanted a gas gas but everyone said they fall to bits and at the time the frames were rusty so never got one i would have one of them

? it does take 6 months aswell i used to just lift my old sherco into the van when i did the mont i was towing i thought then that is never only 10kg but to normally ride round they are smooth and very planted i keep thinking its just my skill level look at g jarvis thowing that enduro all over i think i need to change to lighter to give me a chance to improve
