  1. I.D.M.C.C I wouldnt be so bothered if it wasnt for the fact i used to ride there trials as a schoolboy and if he had acctualy been polite and if he had said i had to observe one i would have been more than happy to observe just to get out on bike at least

Sorry venting frustration and was wondering if anyone else had this problem I called a club secratary from A motorcycle club asking about joining the club and riding the club competition which they were holding within the next month and was told it was closed to club members and as i had not observed any of their trials this year "dont bother even turning up" I have only been back riding 3 months Do they have that many members they can afford to turn them away?
  5. I had a simmilar problem with my 250 gas gas jt a few years bak it turned out that the water pump oil seal had worn a ring in the impeller shaft dont know how the gara works its cooling system but its worth a look might be a cheaper alternative to most things it could be check that first.

  9. seen it before but only when someone has overtightened it shouldnt be to hard to get out though just get a drill and some easy outs but be carefule when drilling
  10. I never had a problem with wd40 been doin that for years just to get tyre to pop up onto rim dont use to much and i only use it on tubeles.
  11. Comming from kieth used to be a tech with lampkins 70:1 fully synthetic and 50:1 if running it on semi synthetic

I was looking at the sherco before i bought my rev 3 and heard stories about gearboxes giving problems on older models but with anything its a chance you take nice looking machines but have also read on other posts that they are not the nicest to ride but to me its personal preferance the only reason i went with beta is cos its what i had last
  15. Hmm pink bike look good anyway i used to have the older version the so called white yam and as with the pinkey they are said to be prety much bullet proof cant remember ever having problems with mine apart from the daft length of kick start other than that as i said prety much bullet proof.

Hi i used to ride the scottish school boy rounds etc but left home for better things and as my at the time 1996 beta techno was doing absolutly nothing though maybee it was time to sell up and try something different so after years of road bikes and getting a pasteing at judo competitions and actually winning a few sold my r6 and now am the proud owner of a 2003 beta rev 3 270 and by F~@>k what a differance in machine and after a few hours practice and confidence biulding i aint doing to bad even looking at entering the scottish six days in my home town next year as part of a service team should never have given it up
