Im in the process of stripping and changing mains on mine at the minute, bottom end seems to be the same as mtx125, bought a cheap mtx gasket set and gaskets fit bottom end of tlm. If you need any info pics etc while its apart let me know.

    Tlm 260

Hi Bought a tlm 260 a while ago and I'm in the process of fixing it up and need some bits, mainly a piston 1st oversize and air filter. Parts for these bikes seem very thin on the ground so not sure where to start looking. Bike is a runner, got new rings and small end but it needs a piston and re-bore.
  10. Thanks, should have asked how to put it back on too, decompressor is a bit fiddly, had the cover on and off about 10 times before it was right
  11. Hi Have a problem with the clutch slipping on my tlr 200, need to take off the clutch cover off and would like to know how to take it off without affecting the decompressor etc. seems like a lot of bits have to come off to get it off. Any help here would be great. Thanks in advance
  12. Thanks for that its 1984
  13. Hi Bought a tlr 200 and need to find out what year it is, is there a way to tell by frame number? thanks in advance

    M-80 Frame

must be an after market one as my model 80 frame is made of steel pipe, very heavy compared to the sammy miller one it had when I bought it, its light as a feather in comparison.
  15. Thanks for all the help guys having checked everything I think the problem might be with the brake shoes, thought they had plenty of meat on them about 4mm but having adjusted the new cable etc brakes will not bite in any of the brake levers range, how much material thickness needs to be on the shoes for the brakes to work or am I missing something inside the hub? Thanks
