Have you checked for free play at the master cylinder & the clutch lever ?

Ron Commo is at the youth nationals. His sugested jetting for the U.S is 27.5 piolet & a 145 main. It will depend on your location as far as what is needed, alt. temp. If you get a chance try a set of V-Force reeds they are fantastic.
