  1. Are you running stock bars? I can tighten the levers on my '05 Rev3 with Renthal bars but Tommaselli bars won't properly hold the levers. The grips still fit though. Apparently doesn't take much for the lever perches to slip.

  2. Hi all

Just stripped the headstock on my EVO,on reassembling,i notice the headstock collar that tightens the bearing cover down has a circular ridge on one side, should the ridget face down or up towards the handlebar clamp?

    Cheers

  3. Help please

Just removed the R/H fork leg,to change oil, removed damper unit, was pumping it to remove oil,a very slim metal tube came out of the damper followed by a small silver bung/plug? i have checked beta service parts list, nothing shows these parts, help please???

  4. Hi all

I had a hard fall with the bike going down a 12ft drop, flipping over several times.I rode it today foe the first time to notice a clonking sound when i push the forks up and let them rebound, with the front brake applied,if the the brake is off there is no clonk, forks seem fast to rebound.

I have checked handlebars/top yoke, fork legs, triple clamps and front brake disc caliper, all are tight.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

  5. Hi all

I want to make my 1st gear longer(is that the right description?) as it revs out quickly,on my EVO 250 2010.

Any ideas on sprocket sizes, and what difference it will make?

    Regards

  6. Hi all

I keep having the same problem with my brakes on my evo.Everytime i wash my bike, leave it for a week, when i ride it the brakes have lost any bite, they squeal and groan but hardly stop,if i ride it with the brakes on,the front comes back about 75%,but the rear just rub with no real stopping power,i get them hot and squirt water on the disc,s when hot which helps but not cure. The only time i get good brakes is when i fit new pads.I do wash my bike with a pressure washer and finish it off with cleanng spray (muc off). Are they staying wet, should being damp effect to this degree?

    Any ideas please?

    Cheers
