Don't know where you are from, but you can get suitably sized letters or numbers from a shop called the motorist centre round here. I think Halfords sell them as well.

I never looked in Halfords to be honest but my local car acc shoppie doesn't stock small letters etc only sized for legal minimum .. suspect for likes of YOU HAVE USED WORDS OR A PHRASE WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS WEBSITE. November 16, 200619 yr Get some black Fablon, print off the size of letters that you require, stick them to the Fablon and cut around. You can make any size you need that way.
