Rev 3 Kickstart Problem- moved to Beta Forum

this is of no use to you but my sherco kick start has started this. The little screw on the beta one, take it out and see if you can separate the two bits. if not i used to put 3 in one oil in there and wiggle :wacko: Then fill with grease and replace screw

Leggins, chances are your kick start return problem is due to a bad gasket and or over tightened bolts on the primary cover. (clutch cover) I`ve never seen a bad return spring on a Beta.

Come to think of it I did tighten the bolts on the primary cover as one had worked loose. thanks lineaway Ill give that a try
