January 19, 200719 yr My rev 3 kickstart has stopped returning to the top position after kicking up. is this a problem with a return spring ? cheers Leggins
January 19, 200719 yr this is of no use to you but my sherco kick start has started this. The little screw on the beta one, take it out and see if you can separate the two bits. if not i used to put 3 in one oil in there and wiggle Then fill with grease and replace screw
January 20, 200719 yr Leggins, chances are your kick start return problem is due to a bad gasket and or over tightened bolts on the primary cover. (clutch cover) I`ve never seen a bad return spring on a Beta.
