Q is this at worst a rebore and how much will it cost,do they have to be sleeved ? where and how much should bits cost? Im in the north east. bob Posted March 31, 2008 Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 Hiya, If you are in the north east then there are a few dealers around, but two strokes are so simple you can probably do most repairs at home, I don't know much about reboring since the barrels are nikasil coated, but all parts are available n=for next day delivery from JLI in Silsden (Leeds). It depends how bad the knock is, but I seem to remember that when I had an 03 200 being told that a tapping was quite common because of a bush used in the top end to make the 250 con-rod fit.
