rev`er Posted August 11, 2004 Report Share Posted August 11, 2004 Hi guys, im getting my new 2004 Beta 250 next week, i am getting it brand new so im wandering how do i break the bike in, ive been told that you ride it for 5-8hours then change the gearbox oil, is that all there is to it? does anyone have a plan that i could print of and follow so i break my bike in properly, thanks in advance Chris Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You should use a little more oil in your gas. 32:1 might be a little too much but 80:1 is probably a little too lean for breakin. Have fun with your new bike.
