August 26, 200818 yr I have a 08 sherco and i have found paint flaking off the frame. Has anyone else had this problem. if so do i have any come back, it's only 10 mounths old.
August 28, 200818 yr Krylon rust tough or industrial, semi- flat black! It will make you a rattle can artist once dry overnight, just rub a bit for near perfect match!
August 28, 200818 yr Author thanks i'll give it ago.might even the get frame powder coated. some one said get it done in white. think it might be a to much.
August 28, 200818 yr if you are going to powder coat it do it red, and do the wheels aswell. i seen a bike from the ssdt like this. probably still in the pictures of this site. then you can add alll sorts of red bling to it, it could look totaly mint, if you have deep pockets
August 28, 200818 yr i would leave it bare, but only because i wont spend the extra money. but seriously, the swing arm lakes a good bashing it would look crap after a couple of rides. but if you have a "garage" bike then maybe you should
August 28, 200818 yr I wanted to powder coat my 2000 sherco frame, wife said I could only if I did "super bright hot pink". Was gonna use a friends powder coater. I was gonna do it but we did not have an oven large enough for the frame. Edited August 28, 200818 yr by ZIPPY
August 31, 200818 yr You must understand that Zippy found a kitchen drawer lining material in black with skulls to cover his plastics! Oh well? Maybe that suff will protect the frame? I did allways like the one with flowers?
September 2, 200817 yr HOT PINK!!!!!! Zippy was not Jokeing..... Pink it is... Hot??? I will leave that up to opinion. I personally think Plaid is a great color. Zippys pink Camo bike --Biff
September 2, 200817 yr Every type of graphics I do to my bike I am somehow going to blame Biff. I don't know how I am gonna be able to blame him but I gonna try. Besides the Pink Camo gives me a reason to really try to ride good and hit the BIG stuff. If I ride really good maybe it will counteract the "Pansyness" of the bike. Besides it sure is funny looking!!! But I gotta agree with Biff about the Plaid, The plaid looks like something that would be nice to keep on the bike for awhile. The pink camo ain't gonna stay long. (Hopefully I have a solvent strong enough to remove that glue. )
September 4, 200817 yr No wonder Zippers 'ole lady does'nt want to let him out of the house, he is just a sex magnet for redneck chicks!!!!!!! He would have no problems in Oklahoma!!! Now Biff, that would get you a fat indian girl with a strap-on for sure!!!!
