I have an 09 250 and was wondering what to look out for if a problem starts on mine? duggan Posted June 18, 2009 Report Share Posted June 18, 2009 Has anyone had any problems with the evo rear swingarm cracking? i bought one of the first batch at the start of the year and my swing arm cracked on both sides on the brace which joins the two arms. Beta have been good and replaced it with a new one The new swingarm has extra plates welded to the underside to prevent this. Must have been a problem on the first few as ive seen a few more Evos and they all have the new stronger swingarm fitted. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think the top lads had a bit of an issue so the pedal now has a little extra bit on each side. Mine was fine before. Pedal has a little bit extra of what? Width? Length?
