nickgasgas123 Posted June 23, 2009 Report Share Posted June 23, 2009 (edited) Today I had a bad numbty moment where I flipped my bike and snapped my exhaust clean and cracked my airbox I was just wondering approximately how much it will cost for a new airbox and exhaust, the bike is an 09 gas gas 125? tombo46 Posted June 24, 2009 Report Share Posted June 24, 2009 A friend recently flipped his bike doing a sit down wheelie, he's a cracking rider (british experts) but messed up and missed the rear brake. he did the exact same damage and it is very expensive to fix.... asc Posted June 24, 2009 Report Share Posted June 24, 2009 i would silicon the crack up or maybe get it plastic welded ,they are splitable i think anyway and we were alway told to split them and silicon it up .i would think that wes could make you a tail pipe up and would be cheaper. benbeta23 Posted June 24, 2009 Report Share Posted June 24, 2009 You will have to get a new middlebox as well because the silencer is welded on to that so it would be about 400 for the exhaust & about 300-350 for the airbox probably, but there will probably be another way around fixing the airbox rather than buying a new one.
