I generally run Dunlops, and get 2 years out of a rear and god only knows how many years out of a front.

This is not because I don't ride very often, it's just that I am very cheap and run my rear one direction the first year and then flip it for the second year. (I do notice a bit of loss of traction toward the end of the season though.)

She is mighty rounded at the end for sure.

Was a little strapped for cash as I think this last rear has been on for 3 yrs.

Like I said I am mighty cheap.

But planning on new rear and front this year!!!!!!!! B)

Ive just nearly fallen off my chair at the fact that a tyre lasts 2 years! That is awesome! I know some tight sods but that is brilliant! I reckon one of the most neglected parts on a bike is definitely the front tyre. I have had 3 fronts on this last year and I have really notice a difference. I do ride every week though and do a fair bit of practise. Michelins seem to last the best in general on the front. I n winter on the rear I would say IRC's are best but then Michelins for spring onwards. Just my preference but I have tried all of them!
