The only gripe i have is the forks top out ,is there a fix for this ?? Heavy clutch, but after talking to Martin At Swm moto careful adjustment and a domino lever its not that bad .Roll on the next trial !! Scorpa250

Marzocchi ,they look fine but Bang when topping out .

There's a thin washer at the bottom of the damper rod which can become bent, this allows the oil past to quickly and causes topping out.

Easy to fix, you will need a rod to go down the centre of the forks with a tappered end to stop the internals rotating as you turn the allan bolt at the bottom of the forks to allow dismantling.

Simpler way of doing this........slacken off the top fork nut, slide the complete leg from the yokes, turn it upside down and use a T handled allen key to undo the damper rod bolt (if you feel it turning the rod, apply some downward pressure to the allen key, and the spring will stop the rod from turning)
