dngrfld Posted September 1, 2010 Report Share Posted September 1, 2010 Has anybody got an original RSC exhaust for a Seeley Honda 200 in an intact state which I could buy as a pattern? Or one that I could measure ? I've just bought a Seeley Honda but all the original exhaust mounting brackets on the frame have been removed and I need to reference the correct position of the brackets. The exhaust system now on the bike follows similar lines to the original RSC item but now attaches to a bracket that hangs from the rear suspension top mount, which isn't a bad solution really except I'm not sure how the middle box will behave if it is unsupported. I wouldn't be concerned but the middle box fouls the rear tyre on full compression and is also touching the base of the airbox. If I go to the trouble of modifying the existing exhaust to clear everything properly, or make a new one from scratch, I might as well replace the frame brackets at the same time and return the bike to standard.
