subira Posted March 3, 2005 Report Share Posted March 3, 2005 The 'mod' is to add an additional flywheel weight. The theory goes that it slows down how quickly the engine picks up speed at the bottom end but when you rev it out it will tend to get away from you as the engine takes longer to slow down as it has more rotating inertia.
