April 8, 201214 yr hi everyone, just bought an oko 26mm flatslide for my 198a to replace the amal mk11. is anyone running one of these carbs and if so what jets are you using. i am using standard air filter & 50/1 fuel, cheers for any info.
April 8, 201214 yr Hy, I used a manifold from inmotion.co.uk on a 250cc Sherpa M49. Jetting is 110 main and 45 slow, but on a 24mm Oko I guess yours should have higher jetting for the 325. Hope you get a reply from a T325 user. Bettter to start on the lean side and then go richer. Good Luck Pat
April 9, 201214 yr Author cheers for that, its a 250 by the way with a spigot fitting. carb came with 112 main 46 slow with needle 2nd notch from top so it might not be to far off the mark !

Good Luck Pat ABSOLUTELY WRONG !!! do not start on the lean side or you risk engine damage start rich and lean off as needed
April 9, 201214 yr Twinshockdude is right, the engine depends on the oil in the petrol to lubricate itself. not enough oil means seized engine to much oil means a bit of smoke and an oiled up plug.........start rich
