Whats your options on witch is the best bike?

Not intending to do anything full on just a couple of hours out and about.

If it is the yamaha engined bike. The motor is an old design but very dependable. The Beta works great as well , but better parts availabilty. I would go with the Beta.

Thanks mate. I was sort of expecting a few more opions. But its a strange old place tis the Internet.

Actually I think Lineaway covered a great deal in a short sentance there. Given both of 250 displacement, they would be fairly gentile to ride, good build quality, comperable weight and good handling yet different feel.

I like Scorpa, but condition and price both come into play here.

I'd go on condition personally. Both are excellent bikes and great fun. All trials iron have "issues" somewhere so don't be put off by negative press on either model.

Budget a couple of hundred quid to tidy the bike up once bought and you'll be happy for a long while.
