lineaway Posted April 21, 2013 Report Share Posted April 21, 2013 At 16 you should do this no problem, have some faith in yourself! If after doing a wheelie with the clutch pulled in, and using the brakes don`t work you could pull it apart. You only need a 4 mm allen wrench and a 8mm socket/and or wrench to remove the clutch springs. Just lay the back on the left side on the ground against the handle bar. Make sure the gas is off and you are not leaking fluid. With the bike in this position you can check the clutch plates without draining the oil. Here`s a video to help. shercolad16 Posted April 21, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 21, 2013 The clutch still didnt free of probably as it hasnt been used for a year so ive just taken out the clutch plates and cleaned them up ready to be put back in but i need to know which oil i should use for them.
