What do you use to lubricate the swingarm bearings?

Thank you. Honestly wasnt sure if it was grease or maybe silicone spray lube. Kind of new to this and I'm learning.

As long as it's special water resistant grease. MX and mountain bike shops also sell this.

I've always been a fan of BelRay products since the 1980's and their waterproof grease has served me well on just about everything on my motorcycles ever since. Just my opinion. I have no affiliation with them for the record.
