January 31, 201610 yr Hi All I just thought i would put this out there. I am looking to ride in a Twin shock or Mono air-cooled class this year but am yet to find and purchase a machine. I have seen a Fantic 303 for sale and am wondering what peoples views are on this machine and if anyone has any experience riding them. Any feed back appreciated.
January 31, 201610 yr Good old bus the 303, pulls like a train and strongly built but feels heavy compared to a 305 or a JCM.
February 1, 201610 yr I rode a 303 for a season last year in classic trials and found it to be an excellent bike. The blue and red series 1 bikes do not have the remote rear shock gas reservoir and adjusting preload is a bit of a chew on. Overall a very nice bike but as with all of theses older machines make sure you ride it first and that you're happy with the power delivery etc.
February 13, 201610 yr Check the linkage as the bushes used to wear out in a few trials and snapping the linkage was common
