Fantic C@sta

Featured Replies

Does anyone out there actually have one of these fabulous looking bikes? There isn't much information about them online, were they just a concept or a development of the later aluminium framed Section. I have seen several different pictures of them but not much else, and if they were available were they any good?

Find Lee Harris on Facebook. I would imagine he'll have one tucked away somewhere!

All I learned about the C@sta , When I had my 97 section(which is a great bike !!) Was it was a section minus the plastic body work and a different fuel tank . As far as I found out , was supposed to be the 98 model , and the restyle came about as Fantic was collapsing .... Never heard of any one who actually saw one , besides the few photos that are out there , which look like a mocked up section . I had a guy building a aluminum tank/seat unit for mine , so I could have my own c@sta , but his time frame and $$$ demands got out of hand so I shelved the project and sold the bike to a friend right after Bill Pye came through with the correct coolant hoses for it and I put X-lites on ..It was a much more capable bike than I am rider , so I decided to stay with my trusty 240 pro ...
