November 21, 20178 yr Author Strong Gas Gas team either way... Busto almost certainly the next World Champion after Bou and got a strong experienced teammate in Fajardo
November 22, 20178 yr I agree I think it will take him a year to settle down , he will win a few rounds this year though
November 22, 20178 yr I don’t see Busto beating those two for a little while longer, I don’t think he is mentally competitive yet. Bou and Raga are very effective at recovering when things go awry.
November 22, 20178 yr Author Agreed. Think Busto next world champ but Bou seems unbeatable for next 2-3 years UNLESS Busto has the same impact on Gas Gas that Bou had when he arrived at Montesa. Bou and Raga head an shoulders above for a good couple of years if they stay injury free

November 22, 20178 yr I think this conclusively demonstrates that with Torrot's backing, Gas Gas have the second deepest pockets in the paddock. Mind you, there is nothing to stop HRC re-signing Busto if & when he meets most people's expectations as the successor to Toni Bou.
November 22, 20178 yr Plus Dabill and Grattarola in the top ten if they stay on Gas Gas and Farre, Price and Noguera just ouside of the top ten.
November 22, 20178 yr Author Grattarola looks dead cert to go to HRC in some capacity. You’d think that leaves Dibs at Beta or Sherco then
November 22, 20178 yr Dibs is a fixed rider in the indoor series and the first round is next week so it won’t take long to find out , he’s bin very quiet on social media so I think personally he must be testing other machines?
November 22, 20178 yr Author I’d imagine that he'll ride Gas Gas till 31st December unless they cancel his contract. Sure he’s already sorted for 2018 and sure it’ll be Beta.
