I'm wondering if I can fit the newer style tank cover and mudguard 2013 onwards if anyone has done this

I understand I would have to re locate the map switch or remove 

On my son's 2009 evo 125

Dont know about the tank covers but i fitted a 2014 rear mudguard to my old 2010 evo. 

Easy to fit....All you need to do is drill one hole at the front of the newer mudguard where the tab is. 

Thanks for that just noticed the newer tank covers are much cheaper so may give it a try 

I think the tank shape changes around 2013, my 2012 is different to a mates 2013

Thanks may give it a go the tank covers look to bolt on in the same places so will give it a go

The later single tank covers have different mounting points to the earlier two part covers. I was looking to do the same, i'm sure it could be made to fit with fabricated brackets.
